Terms & Conditions, User Agreement and Disclaimer
Applies to: Prashant Tiwari Smart Search (the "Tool"). Please read every section carefully. By ticking the box on the welcome screen and pressing Continue, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all of it.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
You may use the Tool only if you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, do not continue and close the page. You confirm that you are legally competent to enter into this agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are under 18, you may use the Tool only with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. What the Tool is — and what it is not
The Tool is a query-building assistant. It takes the words and filters you choose (search engines, categories, sub-categories, sites, result types, dates, exclusions, authors) and turns them into ordinary search addresses (URLs) that open in your own browser on third-party search engines and websites.
- It is not a search engine, a news service, a database, a library, a law-reporting service or an advisory service.
- It does not crawl, scrape, copy, rank, summarise, host or store any website content, document, image, video or search result.
- Everything you see after a search opens comes only from the third-party site you were sent to. The Tool has no control over it.
3. How the Tool works on your device
The Tool runs inside your browser. It has no user accounts and no login. The developer does not operate a server that receives your searches through this Tool. When you press Search, your browser leaves the Tool and contacts the search engine or website you selected; from that moment the privacy policy and terms of that third party apply, not these Terms.
4. Data stored on your device
To make the Tool convenient, it saves the following only in your own browser storage (local storage): your last searches (history, up to 30 entries), your selected engines, categories, result types and exclusions, your theme, sound and language preferences, your Multi-Tab choice, the ticks you make inside lookup windows, and a record that you accepted these Terms. You can remove this data at any time by using the Reset and Clear buttons in the Tool or by clearing the site data of your browser. Anyone who can use your device or browser profile may be able to see this saved data, so clear it on shared devices.
5. Browser permissions and third-party components
- Voice search: the microphone button uses the speech-recognition feature built into your browser. Depending on your browser, your voice may be processed by the browser maker's servers. The Tool itself does not record or keep audio. Use it only if you are comfortable with this.
- Paste: the Paste button reads your clipboard only when you press it, and only if your browser allows it.
- Sound: the Tool plays a short sound while it prepares a search. You can switch the sound off with the speaker button.
- QR code: the support/donation QR code is generated by a small code library loaded from a public content-delivery network. That needs an internet connection.
- Pop-ups and tabs: Multi-Tab Search opens several tabs at once. Your browser may block some of them. You are responsible for allowing pop-ups for this page if you want all tabs to open.
6. Third-party search engines and websites
The Tool lists many search engines, portals, institutions, shops, government departments and other websites. These are included only as shortcuts. Their inclusion is not an endorsement, partnership, recommendation or verification. Addresses and search syntax can change, move, stop working or be taken over by someone else at any time. The developer tries to keep lists current but does not guarantee that any site is online, correct, safe or official on the day you use it. Always check that the address in your browser is the genuine one before you enter personal, financial or login details.
7. Government, welfare-scheme, court, education and health information
- The Tool is not run by, connected to, or approved by any government, ministry, court, university, board, regulator, bank or company whose name or website appears in it. All names and marks belong to their owners.
- Scheme names, eligibility rules, amounts, dates, forms, fees, court orders, laws, exam rules and medical information change often. Information you reach may be old, wrong or incomplete.
- Nothing reached through the Tool is legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, academic or professional advice. Always confirm on the official source and, where needed, consult a qualified professional before you act.
- Never pay money to a person or website that promises to "get you a scheme benefit" for a fee unless you have confirmed on the official portal that the fee is real. Many welfare schemes are free to apply for.
8. Lookup tools (phone, email, username, vehicle, IFSC, pincode)
These tools only build links to third-party public services. You must use them lawfully and with respect for other people's privacy. You must not use any part of the Tool to stalk, harass, threaten, defame, blackmail, impersonate, defraud or collect personal data about a person without a lawful reason and, where required, their consent. You are fully responsible for how you use any information you find, including under Indian laws such as the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and under any other law that applies to you.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Tool to break any law; to search for, spread or promote illegal, abusive or harmful material; to bypass any website's access rules or paywall in an unlawful way; to attack, overload or interfere with any website; or to copy, resell or present the Tool as your own without permission from the developer.
10. Filters, exclusions and results may vary
Search operators (such as site:, intitle:, filetype:, minus-word exclusions and date ranges) are interpreted by each search engine in its own way. Some engines ignore some operators. When you select many sites or file types, the Tool may split your search across several tabs to keep each address short enough. Because of this, results can differ between engines and from what you expect, and some results may be missing. Exclusion filters remove matches only as far as the engine supports them.
11. No warranty ("as is")
The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge, without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. This includes any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or freedom from errors and bugs. The developer does not promise that the Tool will work without interruption on your device or browser.
12. Limitation of liability and waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss or damage — including loss of money, data, profit, opportunity, reputation, marks, admission, job, legal position or peace of mind — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Tool, or from your reliance on any third-party result, website, scheme information or advice. This applies even if the developer was told such loss was possible. You release the developer from claims of that kind. Nothing in these Terms removes any right or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Your responsibility to verify
You must independently verify every result with the primary and official source before you cite it, rely on it, pay for anything, submit a form, file a case, apply for a benefit or make a decision. You alone are responsible for the actions you take.
14. Indemnity
You agree to compensate and hold harmless the developer against any claim, loss or expense that arises because you broke these Terms or any law while using the Tool.
15. Voluntary support (donation)
The "Support the Developer" option is entirely voluntary. A contribution is a gift, not a payment for goods, services, features, priority or any guarantee. Unless the law requires otherwise, contributions are not refundable. Always check the payee details shown in your payment app before you pay.
16. Intellectual property and trademarks
The design, text and code of the Tool belong to the developer. Names, logos and trademarks of search engines, institutions, shops and other third parties belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. Content you see on other sites belongs to those sites.
17. Changes, availability and ending
The developer may add, change or remove features, lists, sites or these Terms at any time, and may stop offering the Tool without notice. Using the Tool after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the Tool at any time and clear its saved data from your browser.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
19. Entire agreement
These Terms are the whole agreement between you and the developer about the Tool and replace any earlier understanding about it.
By ticking "I have read and agree" and pressing Continue you accept all 19 sections above. You can read these Terms again at any time from the "View Terms & Conditions" button at the bottom of the home screen.
नियम व शर्तें, उपयोगकर्ता समझौता और अस्वीकरण

1. स्वीकृति और पात्रता
आप टूल का उपयोग तभी कर सकते हैं जब आप इन शर्तों को मानते हों। किसी भी भाग से असहमत हों तो आगे न बढ़ें और पेज बंद कर दें। आप पुष्टि करते हैं कि आप अपने ऊपर लागू कानूनों के अनुसार यह समझौता करने के योग्य हैं। यदि आपकी उम्र 18 वर्ष से कम है तो माता-पिता या अभिभावक की जानकारी और देखरेख में ही उपयोग करें।
2. टूल क्या है — और क्या नहीं है
यह टूल एक क्वेरी बनाने वाला सहायक है। आप जो शब्द और फ़िल्टर चुनते हैं (सर्च इंजन, कैटेगरी, सब-कैटेगरी, साइट, रिज़ल्ट टाइप, तारीख, एक्सक्लूड, लेखक), उन्हें यह सामान्य सर्च लिंक (URL) में बदल देता है, जो आपके अपने ब्राउज़र में तीसरे पक्ष के सर्च इंजन और वेबसाइटों पर खुलते हैं।
- यह सर्च इंजन, समाचार सेवा, डेटाबेस, पुस्तकालय, कानूनी रिपोर्टिंग सेवा या सलाह सेवा नहीं है।
- यह किसी वेबसाइट की सामग्री, दस्तावेज़, चित्र, वीडियो या सर्च रिज़ल्ट को न खंगालता है, न कॉपी करता है, न रैंक करता है, न सारांश बनाता है, न होस्ट या स्टोर करता है।
- सर्च खुलने के बाद जो भी दिखता है, वह केवल उसी तीसरे पक्ष की साइट से आता है जहाँ आपको भेजा गया। उस पर टूल का कोई नियंत्रण नहीं है।
3. टूल आपके डिवाइस पर कैसे चलता है
टूल आपके ब्राउज़र के भीतर चलता है। इसमें कोई यूज़र अकाउंट या लॉगिन नहीं है। डेवलपर ऐसा कोई सर्वर नहीं चलाता जो इस टूल के ज़रिये आपकी सर्च प्राप्त करे। जब आप Search दबाते हैं, तो आपका ब्राउज़र टूल से बाहर जाकर आपके चुने सर्च इंजन या वेबसाइट से जुड़ता है; उसी क्षण से उस तीसरे पक्ष की गोपनीयता नीति और शर्तें लागू होती हैं, इन शर्तों की नहीं।
4. आपके डिवाइस पर सहेजा जाने वाला डेटा
सुविधा के लिए टूल निम्न चीज़ें केवल आपके अपने ब्राउज़र स्टोरेज (लोकल स्टोरेज) में सहेजता है: आपकी पिछली सर्च (हिस्ट्री, अधिकतम 30), चुने हुए इंजन, कैटेगरी, रिज़ल्ट टाइप और एक्सक्लूड, थीम, साउंड और भाषा की पसंद, Multi-Tab का चुनाव, लुकअप विंडो में लगाए टिक, और इन शर्तों को स्वीकार करने का रिकॉर्ड। आप टूल के Reset/Clear बटन से या ब्राउज़र का साइट डेटा साफ़ करके इसे कभी भी हटा सकते हैं। आपके डिवाइस या ब्राउज़र प्रोफ़ाइल का उपयोग करने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति यह सहेजा डेटा देख सकता है, इसलिए साझा डिवाइस पर इसे साफ़ कर दें।
5. ब्राउज़र अनुमतियाँ और तीसरे पक्ष के घटक
- वॉयस सर्च: माइक बटन आपके ब्राउज़र में बनी स्पीच-रिकग्निशन सुविधा का उपयोग करता है। ब्राउज़र के अनुसार आपकी आवाज़ ब्राउज़र बनाने वाली कंपनी के सर्वर पर प्रोसेस हो सकती है। टूल स्वयं ऑडियो रिकॉर्ड या सहेजता नहीं है। इसका उपयोग तभी करें जब आप इससे सहज हों।
- पेस्ट: Paste बटन आपका क्लिपबोर्ड केवल तब पढ़ता है जब आप उसे दबाते हैं, और केवल तब जब ब्राउज़र अनुमति दे।
- साउंड: सर्च तैयार होते समय टूल एक छोटी ध्वनि बजाता है। स्पीकर बटन से इसे बंद कर सकते हैं।
- QR कोड: सहयोग/दान का QR कोड एक छोटी कोड लाइब्रेरी से बनता है जो सार्वजनिक कंटेंट-डिलीवरी नेटवर्क से लोड होती है। इसके लिए इंटरनेट चाहिए।
- पॉप-अप और टैब: Multi-Tab Search एक साथ कई टैब खोलता है। आपका ब्राउज़र उनमें से कुछ रोक सकता है। सभी टैब खुलें, इसके लिए इस पेज पर पॉप-अप की अनुमति देना आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है।
6. तीसरे पक्ष के सर्च इंजन और वेबसाइट
टूल में बहुत से सर्च इंजन, पोर्टल, संस्थान, दुकानें, सरकारी विभाग और अन्य वेबसाइट शॉर्टकट के रूप में दी गई हैं। उनका शामिल होना किसी प्रकार का समर्थन, साझेदारी, सिफ़ारिश या सत्यापन नहीं है। पते और सर्च-सिंटैक्स कभी भी बदल, हट, बंद या किसी और के हाथ में जा सकते हैं। डेवलपर सूचियाँ नई रखने की कोशिश करता है, पर यह गारंटी नहीं देता कि जिस दिन आप उपयोग करें उस दिन कोई साइट चालू, सही, सुरक्षित या आधिकारिक होगी। निजी, वित्तीय या लॉगिन जानकारी डालने से पहले हमेशा जाँचें कि ब्राउज़र में दिखने वाला पता असली है।
7. सरकारी, वेलफेयर योजना, कोर्ट, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य संबंधी जानकारी
- यह टूल उन किसी भी सरकार, मंत्रालय, कोर्ट, विश्वविद्यालय, बोर्ड, नियामक, बैंक या कंपनी द्वारा नहीं चलाया जाता, न उनसे जुड़ा है, न उनसे स्वीकृत है जिनके नाम या वेबसाइट इसमें आती हैं। सभी नाम और चिह्न उनके स्वामियों के हैं।
- योजनाओं के नाम, पात्रता, राशि, तारीख़ें, फ़ॉर्म, शुल्क, कोर्ट के आदेश, कानून, परीक्षा के नियम और चिकित्सा जानकारी अक्सर बदलती रहती हैं। आप जिस जानकारी तक पहुँचें वह पुरानी, गलत या अधूरी हो सकती है।
- टूल के ज़रिये मिली कोई भी जानकारी कानूनी, चिकित्सीय, वित्तीय, कर, निवेश, शैक्षणिक या पेशेवर सलाह नहीं है। कदम उठाने से पहले हमेशा आधिकारिक स्रोत से पुष्टि करें और ज़रूरत हो तो योग्य विशेषज्ञ से सलाह लें।
- जो व्यक्ति या वेबसाइट शुल्क लेकर "योजना का लाभ दिलाने" का वादा करे, उसे पैसे न दें, जब तक आपने आधिकारिक पोर्टल पर पुष्टि न कर ली हो कि शुल्क सच में है। बहुत सी वेलफेयर योजनाओं में आवेदन निःशुल्क होता है।
8. लुकअप टूल (फ़ोन, ईमेल, यूज़रनेम, वाहन, IFSC, पिनकोड)
ये टूल केवल तीसरे पक्ष की सार्वजनिक सेवाओं के लिंक बनाते हैं। आपको इनका उपयोग कानूनी ढंग से और दूसरों की निजता का सम्मान करते हुए करना होगा। टूल के किसी भी हिस्से का उपयोग किसी का पीछा करने, परेशान करने, धमकाने, मानहानि, ब्लैकमेल, नकल, धोखाधड़ी, या बिना वैध कारण और (जहाँ आवश्यक हो) बिना सहमति किसी व्यक्ति का निजी डेटा जुटाने के लिए न करें। मिली जानकारी का आप जैसे उपयोग करते हैं उसकी पूरी ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है, जिसमें भारतीय कानून जैसे सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम 2000, डिजिटल व्यक्तिगत डेटा संरक्षण अधिनियम 2023 और भारतीय न्याय संहिता 2023, तथा आप पर लागू कोई भी अन्य कानून शामिल हैं।
9. स्वीकार्य उपयोग
आप सहमत हैं कि टूल का उपयोग किसी कानून को तोड़ने के लिए; अवैध, अपमानजनक या हानिकारक सामग्री खोजने, फैलाने या बढ़ावा देने के लिए; किसी वेबसाइट के प्रवेश-नियम या पेवॉल को गैरकानूनी ढंग से बायपास करने के लिए; किसी वेबसाइट पर हमला करने, उसे ओवरलोड करने या बाधा डालने के लिए; या डेवलपर की अनुमति के बिना टूल की नकल, पुनर्विक्रय या उसे अपना बताने के लिए नहीं करेंगे।
10. फ़िल्टर, एक्सक्लूड और रिज़ल्ट अलग-अलग हो सकते हैं
सर्च ऑपरेटर (जैसे site:, intitle:, filetype:, माइनस-शब्द और तारीख की सीमा) को हर सर्च इंजन अपने ढंग से समझता है। कुछ इंजन कुछ ऑपरेटर अनदेखे कर देते हैं। जब आप बहुत सी साइटें या फ़ाइल-टाइप चुनते हैं, तो हर लिंक छोटा रखने के लिए टूल आपकी सर्च कई टैब में बाँट सकता है। इसलिए इंजनों के बीच और आपकी अपेक्षा से रिज़ल्ट अलग हो सकते हैं और कुछ रिज़ल्ट छूट सकते हैं। एक्सक्लूड फ़िल्टर उतना ही हटाते हैं जितना इंजन समर्थन करता है।
11. कोई वारंटी नहीं ("जैसा है वैसा")
टूल "जैसा है" और "जैसा उपलब्ध है" के आधार पर, निःशुल्क, किसी भी प्रकार की स्पष्ट, निहित या वैधानिक वारंटी के बिना दिया जाता है। इसमें सटीकता, पूर्णता, समयबद्धता, विश्वसनीयता, उपलब्धता, किसी विशेष उद्देश्य की उपयुक्तता, उल्लंघन-रहितता या त्रुटि/बग-मुक्त होने की कोई भी वारंटी शामिल है। डेवलपर यह वादा नहीं करता कि टूल आपके डिवाइस या ब्राउज़र पर बिना रुकावट चलेगा।
12. दायित्व की सीमा और त्याग
कानून जितनी अनुमति देता है उस सीमा तक, टूल के उपयोग या अनुपयोग से, या किसी तीसरे पक्ष के रिज़ल्ट, वेबसाइट, योजना-जानकारी या सलाह पर भरोसा करने से होने वाली किसी भी प्रत्यक्ष, अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक, विशेष, दंडात्मक या परिणामी हानि के लिए — जिसमें धन, डेटा, लाभ, अवसर, प्रतिष्ठा, अंक, प्रवेश, नौकरी, कानूनी स्थिति या मानसिक शांति की हानि शामिल है — डेवलपर उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा। यह तब भी लागू है जब डेवलपर को ऐसी हानि की संभावना बताई गई हो। आप ऐसे दावों से डेवलपर को मुक्त करते हैं। इन शर्तों में कुछ भी वह अधिकार या दायित्व नहीं हटाता जिसे लागू कानून के तहत हटाया नहीं जा सकता।
13. सत्यापन की आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी
किसी रिज़ल्ट का हवाला देने, उस पर भरोसा करने, कुछ भुगतान करने, फ़ॉर्म जमा करने, मुकदमा दायर करने, किसी लाभ के लिए आवेदन करने या निर्णय लेने से पहले आपको हर रिज़ल्ट प्राथमिक और आधिकारिक स्रोत से स्वयं सत्यापित करना होगा। आपके द्वारा उठाए गए कदमों की ज़िम्मेदारी केवल आपकी है।
14. क्षतिपूर्ति
यदि टूल के उपयोग में आपने इन शर्तों या किसी कानून को तोड़ा और उससे कोई दावा, हानि या खर्च हुआ, तो आप डेवलपर की क्षतिपूर्ति करने और उसे सुरक्षित रखने के लिए सहमत हैं।
15. स्वैच्छिक सहयोग (दान)
"Support the Developer" विकल्प पूरी तरह स्वैच्छिक है। योगदान एक उपहार है, किसी सामान, सेवा, सुविधा, प्राथमिकता या गारंटी का भुगतान नहीं। जब तक कानून कुछ और न कहे, योगदान वापस नहीं होते। भुगतान से पहले अपने पेमेंट ऐप में दिखे प्राप्तकर्ता का विवरण हमेशा जाँच लें।
16. बौद्धिक संपदा और ट्रेडमार्क
टूल का डिज़ाइन, पाठ और कोड डेवलपर का है। सर्च इंजन, संस्थानों, दुकानों और अन्य तीसरे पक्षों के नाम, लोगो और ट्रेडमार्क उनके संबंधित स्वामियों के हैं और केवल उनकी पहचान के लिए उपयोग किए गए हैं। अन्य साइटों पर दिखने वाली सामग्री उन्हीं साइटों की है।
17. बदलाव, उपलब्धता और समाप्ति
डेवलपर किसी भी समय सुविधाएँ, सूचियाँ, साइटें या ये शर्तें जोड़, बदल या हटा सकता है, और बिना सूचना टूल देना बंद कर सकता है। बदलाव के बाद टूल का उपयोग करने का अर्थ है कि आप अद्यतन शर्तें मानते हैं। आप कभी भी टूल का उपयोग बंद कर सकते हैं और अपने ब्राउज़र से उसका सहेजा डेटा साफ़ कर सकते हैं।
18. लागू कानून और विवाद
ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं। कोई भी विवाद भारत के सक्षम क्षेत्राधिकार वाले न्यायालयों के अधीन होगा। यदि इन शर्तों का कोई भाग अमान्य या अप्रवर्तनीय पाया जाए, तो शेष भाग लागू रहेंगे।
19. पूर्ण समझौता
टूल के बारे में आपके और डेवलपर के बीच ये शर्तें पूरा समझौता हैं और इस बारे में किसी पूर्व समझ का स्थान लेती हैं।
